On November 1, 2023, Central Bank of Armenia hosted the Supervisory Council Meeting of the German-Armenian Fund. Among the Supervisory Council members, KfW delegation headed by Mrs. Veronica Garcia Del Arco, Director of Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia also participated in the meeting.
During the Supervisory Council the current status of KfW financed and GAF implemented programs, namely support to SMEs and agriculture financing, promotion of renewable energies, energy efficiency measures and development of the Armenian mortgage market, as well as possibilities of future cooperation between KfW and CBA were discussed.
The meeting was followed by the celebration of GAF 25 years’ activities which was attended by the Armenian government officials, KfW delegation, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, EIB representative, officials of Central Bank of Armenia, commercial banks and credit organization, as well as international consultant teams.
